How long does my order take to be made?
We usually make the order the next day (except weekends, public holidays or our annual leave)
How long does delivery take?
Australia Post takes 7-10 working days to deliver it.
Do I receive tracking information?
It depends on the size of your order. Up to 5 personalised keyrings: Your order is sent in a padded envelope via regular Australia Post mail. This service does not include tracking, so no tracking number will be provided.More than 5 personalised keyrings: Your order is sent as a parcel and tracking is provided, allowing you to follow its delivery progress.We carefully package every order to ensure your personalised keyrings arrive safely.
